Our online store functions like most standard e-commerce websites. Once you’ve added items to your cart, simply proceed through checkout to choose your shipping method and complete payment. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Money Orders, and Certified Checks. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Smaller items, such as patches, may be sent using USPS Ground Advantage.Flat-rate packages are charged at actual USPS shipping rates. Handling fees are only added when an item cannot fit in a USPS flat-rate box or when a customer requests a different shipping method.
Please note that many shipping rates are based on package weight. In accordance with carrier policies, weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items or for shipments sent using methods other than Priority Mail.

All items are guaranteed to be accurately represented regarding authenticity, historical period, and condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within a three (3) day inspection period for a full refund, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Photographs are non-refundable.
After the three-day inspection period, we reserve the right to deny returns. Refunds may also be refused if an item has been altered or damaged after delivery. Approved returns after the inspection period may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Foxholes U.S.A., LLC will cover return ground shipping costs during the three-day inspection period only if the return is due to our error. After that period, all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not accept returns on uniforms due to sizing issues, nor do we rent or lease uniforms or equipment except under special contractual arrangements. All items are sold strictly for historical and display purposes. Measurements are available upon request, and photos of size tags are included whenever possible.
Refunds are generally processed within four weeks from the date the returned package is shipped, although many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes return transit time, inspection and processing, and bank processing times. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
